# Tony Panagiotu, JD, CPA

# President

Tony Panagiotu is the President of Cascade 401(k) Consultants with over 30 years of experience as an ERISA attorney and CPA. He has drafted thousands of qualified plans and has represented clients with both the IRS and DOL. He enjoys designing creative solutions for companies of all sizes to meet the goals and objectives of each client. Many of his clients are law firms, medical and dental practices and nonprofits.

 Born, raised, and educated in Tacoma (UPS and UPS Law School) he is involved with many nonprofits, and serves on the boards of the YMCA, South Sound Care Foundation and Greek Orthodox Church. He also serves on the Kitsap Bank Board. He was a recipient of the University of Washington Milgard School of Business Small Business Leader of The Year award and was named a Distinguished Alumni by the University of Puget Sound School of Business and Leadership.
